High Point Crossing Apartments

I contacted High Point Crossing Apartments to inquire about leasing information and was surprised by the unprofessional interaction I received. When I called, I greeted the staff member with a simple “Good morning, how are you?” Rather than returning the greeting or introducing himself, he immediately responded with “How can I help you?” in a tone that came across as abrupt and dismissive. Thinking perhaps he hadn’t heard me, I repeated my greeting several times and received the same response each time. The conversation felt rushed and unwelcome from the start. As a prospective resident, first impressions matter. Leasing staff are often the first point of contact for people considering making a property their home, and professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service should be expected. While I was eventually able to ask my questions, the interaction left me with little confidence in the level of communication and resident service I could expect moving forward. If a prospective resident is treated as an inconvenience during an initial inquiry, it raises concerns about how current residents are treated when they need assistance. I hope regional management and the owners takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve customer service and communication standards.

I visit someone who lives here almost every month. $900 for a two bedroom. It use to be a time that these apartments were taken care of maintenance wise and lease violations were taking seriously. Only parking spots are enforced. Now the property manager has gotten to a point of not caring about cleanliness from tenants and the overall appearance of the apartments after several complicats. There has been several vehicle break-ins and stolen vehicles.

Well kept grounds... management friendly & very quiet neighborhood. They include water and pest control in rent without extra fees.
