I told these people at least 10 times, email included, that there is a PDFILE living in this neighborhood and they themselves told me he is NOT on their lease and that he would have to be put on the lease and pass a background check and with his record he would be automatically disqualified since this is a property for FAMILIES. I sent them a photo of his registry on the GBI website with this apartments listed as his address and they did nothing about it after 2 years. HE IS STILL THERE! Hide your kids cuz the kid was under 10years old! They do not care about the safety of children in this place whatsoever.

I came in person to schedule a tour after calling two days in a row, only to be told they don't do tours at all. I've never heard of any apartment complex not showing you what the inside looks like first before you decide to move in. That sounds very ridiculous and like a scam to get renters stuck in a lease. I would love the phone number to someone higher up than the people in the office because again, I've never heard of that before so I'd like confirmation.
