I absolutely LOVE this place. The Client Services Manager, Falawna, is the sweetest person, and all of the staff is fantastic. Definitely have to give a shout out to the maintenance team, they are wonderful! I feel like everyone here actually cares about our living experience!

Canalside Apartments is a beautiful property and the staff was amazing. Jessica and Chanice were extremely helpful from start to finish. I spoke with both ladies over the phone and also visited the property in person. They were very friendly, welcoming, and gave great insight on the community and what to expect. Their professionalism and customer service definitely made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend

The staff is absolutely amazing. The manager goes above and beyond to answer all my questions and makes sure I feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with kindness and respect, this is it.

I’ve been living at Canalside since 2021, and I can honestly say the improvement over the past year has been remarkable. While the change in ownership has clearly made a positive impact, the biggest difference has come from the management team…especially Falawna Barton, Client Services Manager. Ms. Barton consistently goes above and beyond for residents. She keeps both the building and office in great condition, communicates regularly and clearly, and is always working hard, with a smile on her face. Maintenance requests are handled more efficiently, communication is clearer, and there’s a noticeable effort to keep the community well-maintained and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly takes pride in where people live and is committed to making residents feel heard and supported.

She is one of the best and the most helpful young ladies that I ever came in contact with. She is truly very respectful and a very concerned help lady. She gets an A+ in my book. I am so glad that she’s here to help and serve.
