I live in Building 2127, which is an income-driven apartment community where residents must fall within a certain income range, approximately $30,000–$40,000 per year. I reside on my own and have been solely providing for my children. Many of the other residents have roommates, spouses, or significant others helping with household expenses, so it is surprising to me how much dissatisfaction and complaining there seems to be among some residents. My biggest concern has been the continued harassment, accusations, and threats of eviction that I have experienced. Aisha Mian has repeatedly made references to eviction and has made threats that have caused me to feel that eviction is being used as a means of intimidating or pressuring me. There have also been continued accusations regarding conduct, including complaints involving my child, even though my child has a severe chronic case of ADHD and there are circumstances and witnesses that support my position. I have been accused of various things without being provided with actual proof, and dates have been referenced even when I have witnesses who can contradict what has been alleged. I have even felt that the continued complaints and eviction threats have been used as a way to pressure me regarding my 2013 black Tahoe when I bought it that is management began to threaten me. I have consulted with an attorney regarding the harassment and the ongoing situation. In my opinion, this has gone beyond ordinary property-management communication and has become a continued pattern of accusations, intimidation, and threats of eviction. I believe residents should be able to live in their homes without feeling constantly targeted or threatened with eviction. Management should investigate complaints fairly, require actual evidence before making accusations, and communicate with residents professionally and respectfully. Overall, my experience has left me questioning whether residents are truly happy living here. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address the way complaints, accusations, and eviction threats are being handled.

I have lived here since 2023 and have never sent a manager so dedicated to her residents as Aisha. She is a no B.S. kind of manager who as long as you communicate and follow the community rules goes above and beyond. She has helped me when I was going through a personal situation and always maintained a professional demeanor even when I was out of line. Aisha cares about her employees and the residents in this community.
