The leasing office smelled great, the feature in the home were super cute, and the hallways are kept in clean conditions. The leasing agent was super nice and made me feel right at home.

My thing with these apartments is the fire alarm goes off in the buildings almost for no reason at all. They randomly go off atleast 2-3 times a week it is actually a safety hazard because it goes off so much that how would residents know if there is a real fire or not. This needs to be fixed because this could potentially be very dangerous if there is a real fire and we don’t know because the Alarm goes off every other day for nothing at all.

Your guest have to pay for parking and if they park inside the gates even you let them in and are not staying for long they will put a boot on your car. But they are not consistent with booting they do it sometimes and then sometimes they don’t . And when you think they are not booting you come back to a boot on your car. It’s ridiculous your GUEST have to pay for parking.
