Since living here for over a year now, I still very much enjoy my little apartment complex. Some rules/regulations have been a little heavy-handed lately, and the amenities are alright (pool and gym, but beware the pool because some residents are nasty) BUT it’s home to me. I always enjoy coming back to my little space that’s within the city but outside of city bs you’d find. It’s quiet, peaceful, and walkable to boot! The maintenance is pretty timely, considering there’s only like 2-3 people on the team, and I do like the new property manager Theresa. The office is funny and always sweet to me when I come in on the rare occasion I do. Overall just happy to be here! I do wish the gym would get some equipment upgrades however 🙏🏽

Everything was fine had to do a few calls for some maintenance are we able to get screens for the windows
