The apartments are good enough quality, but the amenities shown online are dishonest. The gym is “under maintenance” until further notice. It’s been closed since before we moved in over four months ago. Don’t get me started about the pool. They say it’s open and emailed everyone about the exciting news. But it’s always always always locked. The only way to get in is to go to the office when it’s open and ask them to unlock it. We often can’t swim until later in the day when the office is closed and every time we go, the workers have forgotten to unlock it. We go at different times of day and get the same results. The amenities list may say there is a pool and a gym, but don’t count on it. It’s very dishonest to advertise something they don’t actually offer.

This place is extremely dangerous. This is not the ATL we are all proud of. This is a place that will end your dreams and future because they have no dreams or hope for a better life .

I’ve been staying here for 2 years . My neighbor have been giving me problems for 3 months with nunthing happening about it . She have received all her violation but still able to keep her apartment. They tried to jump me before and everything and she is still able to stay . So I put my notice in to move also mt toilet have been messed up for months mu sewer bill is 178 and no one has even come to my house ! I went to the leasing office and they called them and a neighbor called them ! And no one has still been to my apartment. I was only told how to turn the water off to stop it from running !
