For the first time in my life I only toured one place before moving. I fell in love with the location and the scenic drive up to the community. I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and I have no complaints. The community is large so be sure to check where the unit is before signing. The leasing team has been responsive to everything and maintenance handles everything with haste.

I walked into the office on a Sunday with no appointment, feeling completely defeated and overwhelmed by everything I was dealing with before moving to another property. I honestly didn’t know what I was going to do. Patrick took the time to sit with me for over two hours, listen to my situation, and help me find a new apartment. He went above and beyond to make sure I had somewhere I could call home. I was able to move into my new apartment today, Wednesday, August 26, and when I arrived, my apartment was absolutely AMAZING! This is my first apartment, so this moment means so much to me. Thank you so much, Jorge, for allowing Patrick the flexibility to help me and for trusting him to work with me. And Patrick, THANK YOU for helping me see through it all when I felt like I couldn’t see a way forward. You truly made a difference in my life! ❤️🏡
