This community offers a generally positive living experience, with many residents highlighting the modern, spacious apartment units and the convenient location near major highways. The maintenance team consistently receives praise for being prompt, efficient, and friendly in addressing requests, which contributes to a comfortable day-to-day living experience. However, some residents have experienced ongoing issues with inconsistent valet trash service, occasional cleanliness concerns in shared areas like hallways and stairwells, and persistent problems with the security gate, which can impact parking and overall safety.

UPDATE!!!! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT! Apparently changing leasing companies )which didn’t happen with our building they just changed the manager) means the security deposit will be LOST and they won’t have access to your original lease. This place will ignore and STEAL from you. Do not trust the 5 star reviews as the incentivize them with phony discounts. I am now taking legal action against them! If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would which is disappointment considering this used to be a solid 4/5 in my book. I have lived here for two years this first year of which was smooth sailing with no issues with management, neighbors, parking, or trash just the gate constantly breaking but promptly being repaired. This last year however has been hell on earth. On many occasions, the valet trash have not picked up the trash for no reason as well as the trash chute/room being completely filled to brim and overflowing into the hallway with trash. This causes an increase in bugs in the halls with no increase in pest control. Opting out of valet trash is not an option so you have no other choice than to throw it in the overfilled chute by yourself or be threatened with a fine for leaving your trash out. I have also had valet trash rip bags when pulling the trash and leaving the trash in my can. In the last instance this happened, I cleaned it myself and left it in front of my door to dry momentarily before being threatened with a fine by management. This cleanliness issue extends outside and around the complex itself as the entire neighborhood is covered in dog sh*t. I run outdoors often and the amount of times I have barely evaded feces in the middle of the sidewalk is an issue. Management will seasonally send emails about pet upkeep however they make no effort to enforce it so the residents are forced to play hopscotch in poop while breathing in the fresh stench of 90 degree piss. This somehow never takes precedence over wine down Wednesday or a pool party. The largest and by far most disruptive of issues has been my neighbors ghost dog (because she apparently does not have one) who BARKS AND HOWLS constantly throughout the day on the other side of the wall I work from home by. I have sent recordings, pictures, and alerted every animal agency about the dog's well being since October 2025 just to be IGNORED by management after they witnessed the issue firsthand. I hope you don't get stuck with noisy neighbors because they will do nothing about it but continue to take your rent money. Long story short: DO NOT lease here unless you love the smell of dog crap and pee everywhere it possibly could be outside, like roaches running through the halls, like tripping over broken furniture and trash in the hallways and chute, like the parking deck catching fire so you play russian roulette with parking spots, and most importantly having your rent increased for renewal after management ignored you for over 6 months.

Went on a tour with Deandre and had a great experience! Walked me around and I saw interaction with tenants with a great vibe. 10/10 tour experience!

Atlanta apartment used the word luxury to loosely! This apartment is far from luxury in all honesty. This is bottom of the barrel. The amount of maintenance request I put in since living here. From the parking situation, Some of the doors to the complex handles are broken, The gate is always broken, but you secured parking. I just came home to my entire closet shelf on the floor. The hallways are always dirty. They are always sending an email about us having our trash cans move from in front of our doors at the certain time, how about you guys clean up the trash around this complex and stop worrying about if my trashcan is outside my door by a certain time. Make this livable place that’s actually worth peoples money. Majority of these reviews are from people tour in the complex honestly, I don’t know what the hype is about, but I wouldn’t suggest moving here.
