Loved my touring experience with Thomas. Extremely knowledgeable of the space placements, history, and ownership reach at the Lofts Centennial and just overall wonderful to work with. Great location and space with convenient access to downtown hotspots.

Don’t apply unless you don’t want your administrative fee back❤️ no one ever answers the phone and I was completely ghosted after applying. A month later, still no word on my administrative fee that was never refunded.

As a recent move in on a pretty tight schedule, ive gotta say the process was rather expedient. In particular my experience working with Thomas to get this done in the allotted time, ended up working out better than I anticipated. All in all, I'd say this is probably a place you would want to take a second look at

I absolutely love The Lofts at Centennial Yards. The building is amazing, the location is great, and the entire experience just feels really well done. Thomas and Daisy are also wonderful. Both of them are incredibly professional, welcoming, helpful, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. They really make you feel taken care of, which makes such a difference. Overall, I have been really impressed with the building and the team. Definitely one of those places that stands out in Downtown Atlanta.
