I visited the Juniper recently. Amazing building and units. Amenities are top notch. Best part of my visit was the exceptional and personalized service provided by my leasing agent - Nyhla Solone. I would personally request her if you are looking for an incredible experience for your visit/tour (especially if you are coming from out of town). Personable, Patient, and very knowledgeable. High recommend for anyone interested in a new upscale property in the Midtown ATL area.

YOUR HVAC SYSTEMS ARE UNREASONABLY LOUD AND A NUISANCE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I’M YELLING BECAUSE I CAN’T HEAR MYSELF OVER IT. RESPECTFULLY PLEASE BE QUIET EDIT: MY MISTAKE ON THE SOURCE, BUT THIS IS IN FACT YOUR BUILDING, NO? IT IS STILL INCREDIBLY LOUD

The building is phenomena and a great place to land after a big move. We looked at ALOT of buildings and this one stood out. The facilities and events are quite something. Kise at the front desk is always happy to help and assist and it wouldn’t feel the same without him. The entire staff deserves big props. We love it here.
