Trash and Roaches - Luxury Apartments Compactors broken ONCE again (trash everywhere). They could care less. They would rather spend money on company events than fix the things that make this complex clean and healthy. And they can care less about customer service! They push everything to AI. Can't even have a normal human conversation with anyone.

Warning! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS COMPLEX. As you can see by the phone number, it is managed by a group out of Washington DC. You can only contact the corporate office. It took me 4 attempts to talk to a person in the corporate office. What I was told. 1. I had been scheduled for an appointment to tour the apartment complex I had never agreed to (It may have been the AI Nazi they use). 2. They want a non refundable $100 application fee (this is the highest non refundable application fee I have encountered) .... AGAIN, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

This 5-star review is specifically for Maddison in the leasing office! She is truly amazing at what she does and went above and beyond to help my roommate and me navigate several issues during our move-in. Maddison consistently communicated with us, kept us updated throughout the process, and made a complicated and stressful situation feel as easy and manageable as possible. She was always professional, kind, and incredibly personable, which is honestly rare to find in customer service these days! If you visit the leasing office, I highly recommend requesting Maddison. She genuinely cares about her residents and made such a positive difference in our experience. She is MUCH more helpful than Jeff the property manager who threatened to call Dunwoody police on me when trying to resolve an issue rather than offering a solution.

My unit was not fully ready on the start date of my lease. It had not been properly cleaned, there were maintenance issues, and I have been repeatedly following up with the leasing office to get things addressed. When I visited the apartment, I found that the stove was dirty, the left burners was not working, there were paint marks inside the microwave, the kitchen floor had not been cleaned properly, and there were spider webs all around the unit. I was also surprised by several fees that were not clearly disclosed during the online application, including the Internet fee, technology fee, non-refundable fee, and an additional parking charge after my lease started. I hope management improves communication, transparency around fees, and the move-in process for future residents.
