We’ve been living at The Dagny for over four years, and I wanted to take a moment to leave a review and highlight our experience here. Recently, there have been a few things happening at once, but based on our experience living here, the office staff and maintenance team have always handled situations appropriately and professionally. And, if we’re being honest, when you live or work in any high-rise building, you have to expect that an elevator issue may happen at some point. That said, I know it’s certainly not the norm for The Dagny to have an elevator down. We know that whenever an issue does come up which is to be expected in the size building we live in, Management does act quickly to resolve. So I am never concerned when something like this happens because we know they're usually already on it. Overall, we have been very happy living here and truly appreciate all the hard work the office staff and maintenance team put in every day. They are always proactive, welcoming, and even greet us by name when we walk by the office, which makes the building feel even more like home. Management runs this building very well based on my history of living in high rises in different cities. Which is why I continue to renew year after year. :-) Keep up the great work, Dagny Team! We appreciate everything you do! - Veteran Resident

We toured The Dagny in Midtown this past Saturday, and I have to say that our experience was absolutely wonderful. Evan Johnson, the Leasing Consultant who assisted us, did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He took the time to show us around, explain everything in detail, answer our questions, and make us feel genuinely welcome. He was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire tour. The Dagny is a beautiful property on its own, but having someone like Evan on the team is truly an asset. Exceptional customer service can make all the difference when choosing a place to call home, and Evan definitely made that difference for us. We are currently waiting for our existing lease to end, and because of the wonderful experience we had with Evan, The Dagny is now at the top of our list for our next home. I highly recommend The Dagny, and especially Evan Johnson, to anyone considering moving to Midtown Atlanta. Thank you, Evan, for making our visit such a great experience!

I wasn’t going to write a review at first but too much is going on at the Dagny right now that I can no longer keep quiet. My boyfriend and I have lived here for 3 years now and love the building and location very much. It’s close to our jobs and the community itself is beautiful. But there are so many negative things going on recently. The door in the main lobby is boarded up and looks very bad especially when having company over. The hallways are starting to smell like dog pee as if people are just letting their dogs pee in the halls and the carpet isn’t being cleaned. The elevators have been a huge issue over the past month or so. This is a large building with a lot of floors and residents so to only have access to one or two elevators is absurd. Then the bald concierge guy was drunk this morning! Either drunk or on some sort of drug. I’m not sure which. My brother has battled with alcohol and drug abuse for over 15 years so I can tell when someone is under the influence. His eyes looked as if he was on something and he was extremely loud when talking like almost screaming and he was very eccentric and animated and I even heard him cursing extremely loud in the lobby area. Extremely unprofessional! I will say when we’ve come through the lobby before he’s usually very calm and kind and friendly so I’m not sure what was going on today but it was very concerning. Lastly the trash room has been piled up with trash bags and boxes and it smells horribly because of this. This may be our last year here at the Dagny if this is how they continue to operate. As I stated we love the location and the building itself but some things need to be fixed or addressed as soon as possible. Update: my neighbor said her car was broken into so now we have to deal with car break ins too
