From the very first interaction to move‑in day, this has been the most seamless, joyful, and genuinely welcoming leasing experience I have ever had. Anair is a true gem — warm, organized, intentional, and deeply committed to making sure residents feel supported. She went above and beyond for me every step of the way, communicated clearly, and made the entire process feel effortless. On move‑in day, she greeted me with enthusiasm, kindness, and even a welcome‑home waffle maker! That level of care is rare. Chad, the property manager, was just as welcoming. His energy, professionalism, and pride in the community were immediately clear. It’s obvious that leadership here sets a tone of excellence and genuine hospitality. And my unit? Even more beautiful than the model I toured. Modern finishes, incredible space, and a peaceful balcony for my pet — everything exceeded my expectations. The building is quiet, clean, and well‑maintained, and the community feels safe and cared for. I’ve lived in several apartments in Atlanta, and nothing compares to SYNC at Vinings. This place is truly home, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making this transition one of the best experiences of my life. Highly, highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience while inquiring about this property, and it only got worse during my tour. From the beginning, the communication felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I asked questions, I was met with a dismissive attitude instead of helpful information. I decided to still move forward with a tour, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately that was not the case. During the tour, the leasing agent Ashanti came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential resident. There was little effort to make the property feel inviting or to answer questions thoroughly. As a prospective tenant, you expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, especially when making such an important decision. This experience left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how prospects are treated, because first impressions truly matter. Ashanti made it the worst apartment tour I’ve ever been to .

I have been living here for about 2+ years now & I really have not come across any bad experiences since living here. I MUST brag on maintenance, Anthony to be exact. He is super kind, patient, and really goes the extra mile to help. You can tell he genuinely care about people. It made a big difference, and I truly appreciate it!
