Zhane was seriously the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with! She was so sweet, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. From the moment I came in as a prospect for the community, she made me feel so comfortable and honestly like I was already at home. You can really tell she cares about the community and the people she works with. I’m so glad I got to work with her! If you’re looking at Stillhouse Vinings, definitely ask for Zhane! ❤️

Stillhouse Vinings has delivered exceptional service from the very beginning. From my initial tour with Zhane White, I knew this community would become our next home. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the transition from selling our house to moving into a new apartment incredibly smooth. She guided us through every step with patience and care, ensuring we felt supported throughout the entire process. Community Manager Catherine Sims also went above and beyond—even assisting us on her day off. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the culture of service at Stillhouse Vinings. The maintenance team, led by Phillip and Trevor, has been equally outstanding. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure our new home truly feels like home. Their willingness to help, paired with their expertise, gives us tremendous peace of mind. Overall, the staff’s responsiveness, communication, and genuine care set Stillhouse Vinings apart. We are grateful for the exceptional team that made our move seamless and welcomed us with such kindness.

I’ve lived in these apartments for a few years. I understand that in apartment living, you’re going to hear neighbors sometimes. That comes with shared walls and floors. But over the past year, the noise from the upstairs neighbor has become completely unacceptable. This is not normal apartment noise. It happens daily. It is loud enough that during a work meeting, a coworker messaged me and asked me to mute myself because of the background noise (which was the upstairs neighbor). My 12-year-old son has come out of his room in tears asking if he can go stay with his mom because he can’t handle the noise anymore. On top of that, my son’s bedroom shares a wall with the trash chute and compactor. During busy times, like this past July 4 weekend, the trash compactor cycled constantly, every ~15 seconds. It vibrated his wall and room all night. My son had to sleep in my bed because his own room was not usable as a place of rest. When I raised the upstairs noise issue, I was offered the option to relocate to another unit, as long as I pay half of the typical $1,500 transfer fee. So apparently the solution to a very unpeaceful situation that I did not create is for me to pay $750 to move. As for the trash chute/compactor issue, I was told it cannot be turned off because of fire safety concerns, and basically, “sorry about that.” So I guess my son’s room just will not be a place where he can sleep during certain times of the year when the compactor runs all night. Pro tip, don't move into any of the apartments near the freight elevator/loading dock. That's where the garbage truck makes all the ruckus. I have sent an email asking for these issues to be resolved (minus the garbage truck, I'm fine with that) and provided a Google Drive folder with video and sound evidence of the noise. I am waiting for a response, which I assume will be some version of: sorry about the noise, but you can move out of your unlivable space if you pay $750. Oh, also, the parking fees, common area electricity fees, and Sky Lounge reservation fees didn't exist when I moved in. They've all been added in over time. I am currently writing this review emotionally charged because the upstairs neighbor having disrupted me today. Move in if you want. I am just venting in the public eye so that Equity Residential gets a 1-star.

Huge thank you to Oumar, the amazing maintenance man at Stillhouse, who has always taken great care of us whenever something needs fixing. Even today on a holiday weekend, he came to fix our AC within the same day. Oumar is a huge part of what keeps us here. He’s always happy to see us, and even helps me practice my French! Def appreciate all that he does!
