We are excited about our new home at Solis Dresden. And one of the main reasons is Agnesa!!! She has been so helpful and professional during the process. From the first tour, to move in, she was there every step of the way to answer any questions and help. If you are looking for an apartment the Solis Dresden community and leasing team are awesome!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this community so far! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. From the beginning, the entire process has been smooth and positive. I especially want to recognize Agnesa and Steven for being so amazing throughout my move-in process. They have both been incredibly kind, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was taken care of quickly (I was on a short time frame), and genuinely made me feel welcomed and super excited about my new home. Their customer service really stood out and made what can normally be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I can’t praise them enough! I’m very happy with my decision to move here and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Had a great experience touring Solis Dresden Village. I toured about 6 apartments that day and this was easily my favorite. I stopped in last minute without an appointment and Steven was more than happy to show me around. He was super personable, funny, and made the whole tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. I also really liked the property itself and how quiet the community felt while still having everything right there on Dresden. Ended up signing a lease and am looking forward to moving in. Definitely recommend checking it out and asking for Steven if you do!

We had such a great experience working with Lauren at Solis Peachtree Corners that she booked our matcha bar again two weeks later for Mahjong & Matcha at Solis Dresden! We loved this community. The building is beautiful, with really modern amenities and such a nice atmosphere. Our baristas even got to hand-deliver matcha to residents relaxing poolside, which was such a fun touch. Lauren was incredibly helpful throughout the event, and the residents were friendly and kept us busy. We really enjoyed our time at Solis Dresden and would happily come back!

Steven was absolutely awesome throughout my entire apartment search and leasing process! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely made the experience easy and stress-free. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, helped me find the perfect apartment, and was always responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how friendly and personable he was while still being knowledgeable and honest. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing professional and would definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for an apartment!
