8/31/26 still no refund. Honestly the worst experience ever. I was told we’d be receiving a refund of $200 from admin fees and it never came and no one responds. I’ve followed up several times with the agent I worked with and there is no response. If you call you’ll get automated messages and if you email the one that they have listed in these reviews, it will bounce back. Very disappointing

I toured the beautiful Signal house in March 2026. The marvelous leasing agent who met with me was Tatiana, and she is a welcoming, knowledgeable agent. Her kindness and informative helpfulness was truly appreciated. Based on the tour, I am excited to live at Signal House in the near future where the amenities are wonderful, location exquisite, and staff friendly.
