I really enjoyed my tour of RT Dairies with LAJILL. This tour was perfect because there were real life situations/crisis happening during my visit and I was able to witness her handle every situation with professionalism and care ensuring and seeing to it that the needs of the residents were met while also keeping the community safe versus asking a what if questions and being told what I wanted to hear. She was patient, answered every question and overall just made me feel welcomed. Even though it was raining. She took her time and gave me an AMAZING tour. I was given great information and fell in love with this place. I’m looking forward to potentially making this my new home. :)

I recently visited Alta Dairies and had an interaction with the leasing office that prospective residents should seriously consider before signing a lease. After parking in the shared residential/retail deck, I found the stairwell door improperly locked behind me, leaving me unable to get back to my car. I went into the connected leasing office to ask for assistance. While the initial front desk associate was polite but unsure how to help, a second staff member (presumably management) was immediately combative and dismissive. Instead of offering a practical solution, she gave me the runaround, blamed the third-party retail management, and actually suggested I walk up the circular vehicle ramps to reach my car. She was entirely unwilling to help navigate a simple access issue on their own property. Fortunately, a building maintenance worker overheard the exchange. He took the time to walk outside with me, confirmed that the door was never supposed to be locked in the first place, and simply unlocked it, resolving the issue in seconds. A third office staff member even made a sarcastic remark as we left to fix the problem. I greatly appreciate the maintenance worker's common sense and willingness to help. However, the hostility and complete lack of basic problem-solving from the office staff is alarming. If management acts this dismissive over a simple locked door, I can only imagine how they treat actual residents dealing with real maintenance or billing issues. I highly advise looking elsewhere.

Living here is the most annoying thing ever we actually regret living here… from starters be prepared for no parking not only for the residents but for the people visiting as well,.. this complex is for sure a pet friendly community, not only did we have dog hairs in our apartments for 4 months for someone who doesn’t have a pet it was pretty disgusting how much hair was in our carpet and washing machine.. it’s usually dog poop in walking areas…. If you choose to sign a lease prepare for a place where it looks good on the outside but once you move in the problems occur

I’ve really enjoyed my time here! With this being my first time living in ATL, I couldn’t have picked a better location. My commute to work is a breeze, and there is so much to do in the area. Shopping, finding restaurants, traveling to surrounding areas, and even getting in my steps on the Beltline. It’s a great community where I feel safe, and I love the culture. Joshlyn is super personable and informative! The rest of the office staff and the maintenance staff are also great. They are professional and helpful. My experience has been great, overall.

Update 4/08/2026: I’ve now moved into the apartment, so I’ll share some additional thoughts. The apartment is pretty much exactly like what I was shown during the tour, and I’ve added some photos of it empty. I will say that the concert venue nearby IS actually pretty noisy. So if you are a light sleeper, I can definitely see that being problematic. The security and locking gates for the resident garages seem excellent, and all of the stairwells seem to be well guarded. It would be tough for someone to get into the complex itself. Overall, I’m still extremely satisfied and happy that I chose this place. Original Review: Kira showed me the apartments for my tour, and it is clear that RT Dairies is a cut above the other apartments in the area. Comparing the prices to the other luxury apartments I toured in the area, you get WAY more for your money. Also, everyone seemed incredibly welcoming and down to earth.
