AI Review Summary
This community generally offers a positive living experience, with many residents highlighting the excellent and responsive maintenance team, especially Doc, who consistently receives praise for his friendliness, efficiency, and helpfulness. The leasing office staff, particularly Tamika and Bethoni, are also frequently commended for their welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and dedication to residents. While the location is often appreciated for its quiet, tucked-away feel despite being close to a main road, some residents have experienced issues with soundproofing between units and recurring plumbing problems. Additionally, prospective residents should be aware of past flooding incidents due to the property's proximity to a creek, which some felt was not adequately communicated or addressed by management.

Whenever I have an issue in my apartment doc is always on the job immediately. He does everything by the books and does it in a timely manner. Great guy that deserves a paid vacation‼️‼️

Haven't yet recovered from the awful flooding of our apartment and loss of personal belongings, furniture and car when the 2024 storm caused the overflow of Peachtree Creek into our section of the complex. Management did little to warn residents and compensation was in the form of a bucket of water on a house fire.
