Park West

It’s westside. One person was shot and killed recently, and it made the news. Im searching for our next apartment, because it has a playground. This one is off my list for sure now. Guess i gotta look elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience touring Park West Apartments. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. What really stood out was the leasing agent, Ms. Markeetha. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the tour. Ms. Markeetha made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and provided detailed information about the property, floor plans, and community features without making me feel pressured. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and informative. If you’re considering Park West, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Ms.Markeetha. She truly represents the community well!

Came by for a tour and was met with a very stoned face unwelcoming leasing agent. I believe her name was Kim. Due to her unprofessional attitude she didn’t introduce herself. I was taken aback by her behavior but was able to still tour the apartment. This property was within my preferred range of commute to and from work so I decided to apply. I came in a few days later to do the application and pay the fees and was never contacted with an update on approval or denial. I called several times for an update and the property has an automated system that doesn’t require them to answer so you’re left to leave a voicemail and no one calls back. Very disappointing as this tactic seems to be the new norm when apartment hunting.

Update: This was my previous review and experience as to when I attempted renting from them many years ago. I am now a homeowner and could care less about a response from whoever the property manager is now! I doubt that your pathetic rules and criteria have changed in 2026 and I wouldn't care if they did or NOT! This review is for future people looking at renting from this property located in the HOOD. ******Also, to the present property manager/ pathetic office staff that keeps writing a response to a review I made many years ago, it's funny that my husband and I made the criteria to BUY a home with land and not waste our time renting from you all shortly after you all denied us! SO THANK YOU! WE ARE BLESSED!!! THE TRUTH WILL BE TOLD. Your tenant occupancy must be LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So how about get your behind up from the computer and find some tenants for your property! We are BLESSED to not have moved there. Didn't you hear? Property managers don't last long in Atlanta sweetie. Ever heard of HIGH TURNOVER!!!! LOL!!!! *****Not even worth 1 star! Unprofessional from the leasing agents down to the property manager. They will lie to you to get your application fee ($50) and security deposit ($350) without fully explaining to you upfront about their little qualifications. Do yourself a favor and choose to rent from another community that doesn't practice bias decisions! You will be happy that you did! Count on that!!!!

I just want to shout out Jacqori in the leasing office because shes honestly amazing. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, shes been super helpful and quick to respond. she actually take the time to explain things and make sure everything gets handled. It’s really refreshing to deal with someone who’s professional but also approachable and kind. You can tell she care about the residents and about doing their job well. Definitely appreciate you, Jacqori — thank you for always being so helpful!
