Just about to renew my lease at Oak Pointe and wanted to share that it's not only an incredible location, the property management, maintenance team and all around communication and care is top notch. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for two years (2024-2025) and I loved it. In my experience, management and maintenance were always fast and responsive. The location is.. incredible, especially for the price. Yes, the complex is “older,” but it is kept in great shape. I am moving out for reasons unrelated to the property, otherwise I would stay put. I recommend this property.

Pretty much a rite of passage for anyone who wants to live in Atlanta. A fine first apartment that when you tell old Atlanteans that you lived there, they go "oh, yeah I lived there back in the 80's!" The location is unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance, and if it's not, the MARTA station is right there. Living here changed my whole internal map of the city for the better. However, The walls are thin so if your neighbors are up late bumping music, you are too. I also had some seedy neighbors, a mice problem, and there was a literal murder while I lived there (and the price of my rent didn't even go down because of it), but my car never got broken into and my motorcycle never got stolen. In the 5.5 years I lived there, there were only a handful of days where I truly felt unsafe. I lived there from when I was 24 to right before I turned 30, and I think that's the age that you just need a place with a bed and not much else. This is that place. There are no bells and absolutely no whistles, but that means that your property fees outside of core rent were minimum, and you could use that money to explore L5P or get a sandwich at Candler Park Market.

Lived here for two years and recently renewed for another year. Great place to live in an amazing neighborhood - Candler Park. Love that all units are renovated two bedrooms and pets are allowable! Very communicative Leasing Office and on-site maintenance support. Can't beat the location - walkable to the Marta station, Little 5 Points, and downtown CP - plus beautiful walking trails. Great for accessing Clifton Road for Emory students.

Took two months to replace brand new floors Bc glue never set right, Emergency maintenance never showed and it took over 6 hours for a maintenance person to come and turn off neighbors water when their unit flooded, which made my unit flood. My AC unit water line was leaking and they never came to fix it. Never came to patch holes in the wall from where the blinds just fell out of the walls. No one reached out about a final walk through and they charged me an extra day of lease and fees after I had to reach out about where to turn the keys into Bc I never was notified where to take them. Will never stay in a BF managed unit, no matter the convenience of property location.
