Terrible experience, Do not move here. It took management nearly two full months to fix my air conditioning. Living in extreme heat for that long is unacceptable and completely unlivable.nd over. Poor Communication: The front office staff was completely unhelpful. Every time I went there, I got vague excuses and empty promises instead of real updates. Nobody seemed to care that an essential appliance was broken during peak heat. This shows a massive lack of respect for tenants and a total failure in property management. Save your money and rent somewhere else where the staff actually does their job. I really wish I could give them 0 star

I have been staying at these apartments for over five years. I have seen numerous different management and maintenance staff come and go. The Diligence of Brogric, the maintenance guy, has shown tremendously. No one has serviced these buildings with concern like the young guy.

Brogric is the best maintenance man by far. Quick, efficient, thorough, kind, and professional. I had a maintenance issue and he came through and fixed it the same day. And then I had another one and he was able to work around my schedule to fix it. Thanks Brogric

I had an amazing experience touring Monarch Villas! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The apartments were clean, spacious, and exceeded my expectations. You can tell the property is well cared for, and I was very impressed with everything I saw. After my visit, I feel confident that Monarch Villas is the right place for me. I’ll be submitting my application and I’m looking forward to becoming a resident and calling this wonderful community home for years to come. I highly recommend Monarch Villas to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I recently toured Monarch Villas and had a really good experience. The community felt peaceful, and the property looked well maintained. The location is also a big plus since it’s close to shopping and major roads. Lilian was very friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable without making me feel pressured. I also liked seeing the children’s area—it looked like a nice, safe space for families. Overall, the tour left a great impression, and I’m definitely considering making Monarch Villas my new home.
