I moved here 7.5 months ago and will not be renewing my lease once it’s up. DO NOT live here if you value respectful management, a truly luxury, renovated complex, and a peaceful environment. The reviews are inflated by tour reviews and maintenance reviews (they text you to leave a review on Google to falsely boost the complex’s ratings). The biggest issue is the careless management. We applied for a unit, only to find out via a phone call later it had flooded. They moved us to a pricier unit, and when I asked for fair compensation for the inconvenience, the Property Manager Farrah told me to “Contact whoever you’d like!” I had to escalate to the regional manager just to get a $200 adjustment. The property is poorly maintained. After evictions (I’ve seen 2 happen during my time here), tenant’s belongings are dumped in the parking lot. However, management leaves these massive trash piles sitting and overflowing in parking spots for over a week at a time (see photo below with time stamps). The front security gate is also broken constantly, most recently for 8 days straight. ***Update: July 22, 2026 - The entrance gate has been broken at least twice a month since I’ve been here. I added additional screenshots from management as proof over the past several months informing us about the broken gate. ***Update: August 24, 2026 - Our complex was burglarized (likely due to the broken gate being left completely open for two weeks now). See email screenshot below of management’s excuse of an apology. *DON’T move here if you care about SAFETY!* Their "luxury" and "renovated" marketing is a LIE. The appliances are definitely from pre-2010, and the "granite" counters are literally stick-on contact paper (see photo). Upkeep is just as bad. Sprinklers were dangling from the ceiling at move-in. A maintenance worker cut a hole in our ceiling to fix an issue, got fired, and the replacement patched the hole with hideous, thick plaster (see photo). The gym is unsanitary- the napkins are always empty (see photo). Furthermore, serious noise complaints are ignored. A neighbor's dog has disrupted my sleep for 5 months, barking as early as 7 AM as late as 2:30 AM. Despite providing time-stamped video evidence, the local, onsite office ignores my emails, forcing me to contact the regional manager again just to get a response. Management only cares about saving face on tours. Don’t trust them to help you once you’re a resident. I have receipts as proof. You’ve been warned. My advice: Tour between 4-6 PM when tenants are home to hear the true noise levels. Read Google reviews and sort by “lowest rating” first to get the truth. Don’t trust the inflated 5-star reviews; they push people to leave them after fulfilling basic maintenance requests or giving tours. Look at my photo receipts below.

Don’t move here unless you want the maintenance team to rob you while you’re out of town and have a work order put in. We left for a week with a maintenance order to fix the dishwasher while we were gone. We came back to an unlocked apartment with anything of value gone. Shady shady shady place. We know we locked the door before we left.

Today makes about 6 months since I’ve moved in and so far my experience has been good. I could do without the loud train and the misc issues but overall the complaints are minimal
