I have been a resident here for approximately a year and four months, and I can genuinely say that my experience has been exceptional. From the amenities to the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, I have consistently felt that this is a community where residents are valued and taken care of. I especially want to recognize Sam, the Assistant Property Manager, who has been absolutely wonderful. When I decided to transition from a smaller unit into a larger one, Sam made the entire process effortless. She was attentive, responsive, professional, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Moving can be stressful, but having someone like Sam overseeing the process made all the difference. Her level of customer service and genuine care for residents deserves to be recognized. I have already renewed my lease once, which speaks volumes about how pleased I have been living here. I continue to enjoy the amenities, the community, and the attentiveness of the entire staff. When renewal time comes around again, I absolutely look forward to continuing to call this place home. Thank you to Sam and the entire management team for creating such a positive living experience. Ms Sam and her crew always bring a smile to your face. They are amazing people who are also great at their job. This is my first year in the community and they have made it incredibly enjoyable. Moving from out of state can be a lot but the process was painless thanks to them. Shawn gets what you need done maintenance wise in a quick and efficient way. The whole team has really made living here a great experience.
