Tour was fantastic, and I've had a great experience working with Nhvada. He's been extremely courteous and accommodating throughout my leasing process. Can't wait to move in! Update: my review still holds after about a year of living there, though I had to move out for work relocation. Had a great experience and wish I could have stayed!

⭐ Let me walk you through a day in my life living at Linea Midtown. 8:00 AM: Wake up and look out at the Atlanta skyline through a broken window in my apartment. I was told this would be repaired back in May. It’s now September, and despite following up multiple times, I still haven’t received a response. At this point, I’ve stopped expecting it to be fixed. 9:00 AM: Head downstairs and wait about 5 minutes for an elevator. 9:05 AM: Get to the mailroom and spend the next 15 minutes looking for my package in an extremely disorganized and chaotic mailroom. Finding a package here is basically a needle-in-a-haystack situation. 4:00 PM: Hear a very loud bang outside my apartment. Come out to find that part of the exterior wall has been smashed and damaged by someone moving something, which we believe was a refrigerator. 5:00 PM: Finish working from home and head downstairs. It takes about 10 minutes to get from my floor to the lobby because of the elevators. 6:00 PM: The fire alarms go off, so I take the stairs down and wait about 30 minutes before going back upstairs. There is no communication about what happened. Midnight: The fire alarms go off again. Once again, there is no communication about what happened, so I decide to go sleep at a friend’s house instead. And that was all in one day! To be fair, the staff themselves have always been very nice. The issue seems to be the overall management and operation of the building, which has noticeably declined since it was sold. There are plenty of other stories I could add (especially about dishwashers and poorly air conditioned bedrooms), but this one day probably gives a pretty good idea of the experience. For what Linea charges in rent, I would expect much better communication, and basic building operations. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. Renter beware.

I personally don’t care for a reply back from the company. I had issues in the beginning of move in with new management on my first day. The new management doesn’t care about what you have going on. They mostly care about the money you give. Whenever they tour people, they don’t look or greet you as a resident who lives here. They act like you don’t exist on the elevator with snobbish behavior. You pay to park for no security and anyone can just touch your car or break into it. When it was named Modera Midtown, it was a reasonable price for the units, now they went up even higher!

Moving from Texas, Línea was one of the first properties I toured. The amenities are beautiful, location is convenient and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great experience touring Linea Midtown. Mauricio was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The building is beautiful, and I’m already looking forward to moving in. I can’t wait to try the running track on the 7th floor.
