AI Review Summary
This accommodation offers an unbeatable value for its prime downtown location, making it ideal for those who appreciate walkability to local attractions and campus. Many guests find the units spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchens, which can be a significant cost-saver. However, some common issues include the building's age, which can lead to frequent elevator problems and inconsistent air conditioning or hot water, along with occasional cleanliness concerns and a sometimes-sketchy parking situation.

I only stayed here bc of dragoncon. The price paid for a 2BR was the price of Host hotels at Dcon prices. Room 1003 This building was built in the 60s and it shows. The HVAC seems centralized and we cant control it. The building really needs to update the HVAC system. They put in 2 portable units as a permanent temp fix but they need more.... Poor ventilation in the kitchen and bathroom. It always seems kinds humid in bathroom. The water was hot. The security is almost decent to enter building they use mifare desfire ev3 8k fob. 247 concierge at building

Hallways are littered with trash, cigarette, and marijuana smoke. People in the other condos are incredibly disruptive and smoke in the hallway, causing the fire alarms to go off at 3am. The elevators are super suspicious and dropped three floors while we were going up to our floor. The parking is also really sketchy and there is no security anywhere on the premises. There’s no entrance from the lower parking to the building itself. The list goes on… Don’t stay here. Don’t rent here. Just avoid the entire lot.

Horrible. Filthy. We left. It smelled like urine and marijuana, and the surroundings were filthy. One resident was wearing an electronic ankle monitor.
