I wanted to put this into words which better articulate the situation, and how disgusting these people are. Stefanie and Tasia knew that I was not on the main lease, a fact which I was not even aware of, for AT LEAST a week before citing that and my having seizures for wanting me gone from the place I lived and paid $1200/month for three years. Mind you, when I first moved in, the leasing office took my social, my employment information, a photo copy of my license, and so much more so I could get my house key, mail key, and key fob. These pieces of human garbage then did not even wait a full 24-48 hours after me getting out the ER and finding out that I have epilepsy to begin working in tandem with the bums who stole from me over three years to illegally evict me because I had epilepsy. Mind you, I had not even known I had epilepsy for a week when this began. These pieces of human trash then went to their sad excuses for attorneys to begin a campaign of harassment, intimidation, and incited multiple acts of violence against me by constantly taping their worthless letters onto my door because, for some odd reason, they fear going to court to do things legally. They attempted to have their pathetic maintenance staff illegally change the locks on the door, threatened to have the marshal come and throw my stuff out without any writ of possession or eviction or any document of the sort, refused to put the thermostat back on the wall when I told them heat is a trigger for my seizures, changed the lock on my mailbox so I could not get my mail, removed me from parcel pending despite me telling them I have my medications delivered, turned my gate code off even after I told them I have seizures and an ambulance would not be able to get in, and DeAnthony sat and laughed with those bums who stole from me knowing I was locked out of my apartment. To which, Stefanie responded by asking officers if I could be trespassed from the place I live. Then she called my elderly mother the day after to threaten and terrorize her. These people, if you can even call them that, only started trying to accommodate me after finding out I paid all the rent for three years. Not after I begged them to help me, not after I told them their actions were killing me and causing repeated seizures, not after they watched me have to start using a cane to walk at the age of 26. Because of how frequent my seizures have been due to these people not giving me even a day of respite from torturing me, I have lost significant function in my left side. Not only that, I now have to not only worry about my epilepsy, but about my heart because of the intense stress and seizures I have been under for over a month. There are no words to describe how inhumane and despicable this group of individuals is. There are no words that will ever describe my anger at what I have lost and how much more sick this has made me. And there is no way in hell that "lack of privity" will be all the defense you crooks need to win in court for so blatantly and extensively violating Title VIII and quite literally trying to kill me. I want to put this out there because these "people" are a danger to others. They are more than willing to engage in behaviors which endangers the lives and safety of others for monetary gain. Whether this is retaliation for having had relations with a certain someone by some ugly jealous women mixed with a hatred for people with disabilities, or just pure and unadulterated stupidity, only time and litigation can tell.

The staff here is amazing. I had some concerns when I first got here and they completely addressed and resolved them. They’re all super friendly and very accommodating. It made my stressful move much better!

Enrique is a professional and pleasant maintenance tech here at the property- Always a fast response to the service call. Overall, the maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner- special mention to Enrique, he tells you how to maintain appliances and equipment that might need replacing. Great property to live in.

We've lived here for almost three years now and we've loved it. The entire staff - especially the maintenance team - is phenomenal.
