They have a nice community room for party's. Has a small kitchen area. Today was a bridal shower, really nice space holds quite a few people .

Very nice and clean environment. The security personnel are good and always willing to help.

My first impression while visiting to make a delivery was displeasing to say the least. The concierge was unnecessarily, curt and discourteous, while being pretentious. Upon entering, she immediately says, "dropping off" repeatedly. To avoid talking loudly across the lobby and to not allow her hast to hurry me. I wait until I reach the desk to answer. When I approach. The concierge is looking at me over the computer. She's giving a blank stare. She repeats, "dropping off?" I pause. And I greet her with a smile saying, "hi how are you"? As she doesn't want to be hospitable in this moment; She quickly replies, "good. dropping off?". Irrespective, she goes on to speak to me disparagingly. When I addressed her behavior. I was interrupted. As she wanted to over talk me to assert dominace while simultaneously trying to mirror my astutness. Pointing out that she was a supervisor, and making excuses for her behavior by falsely stating that she was busy with another guest. A minute later, a resident enters the building. And like a performance, she does a 360. Cheerfully greeting them with respect. I must conclude that she gets off by treating anyone who isn't a resident with little regard.
