Paying 2026 rates for a 1986 unit where everything is broken and deteriorating and they just do bandaid repairs. Gate NEVER works. Dishwasher has been broken in my unit since I moved in. Paint peels, cracks, and bubbles and they just paint over it again and again. AC never works and they claim it’s because my unit faces the sun. Seriously! So only MY UNIT has this issue? How small the sun must be to only effect MY BEDROOM in my unit because the rest of the unit is cold enough for blankets. While this one room feels like a furnace! No vents in the bathrooms so mold buildup near the toilet and shower is also a problem. I could go on and on but I’ll just leave some pics to speak for themselves. Unfortunately when you use the app to send in pics with your maintenance requests, they keep those pics. Lesson learned. Over $2k a month for a 2br 2ba apartment with these types of issues is unreal. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! We are definitely moving to do the same!

My experience has been great from beginning to end! The Hawthorne property is beautiful, the scenery is gorgeous, and I love the pool area. Dr. Anu and Cecil have been a wonderful help throughout the entire process. I never thought I would be able to live here before meeting Dr. Anu—she was so kind, informative, and truly made me feel comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my new home!
