Hanover Buckhead Village

I had such a great experience with Amaya at Hanover Buckhead Village. I was very picky throughout my apartment search and visited the property in person twice. Amaya was incredibly patient, sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful both times. She took the time to explain everything to me, answer all of my questions, and really understand what I was looking for. She also did a virtual tour for me and showed me an alternative floor plan as I tried to find the right combination of space, layout, orientation, views, and other features that were important to me. I had a lot of very specific questions, and she was always patient and knowledgeable. The service throughout the entire process was excellent. I ultimately decided to go with another building, but I still wanted to leave a review because Amaya made such a positive impression on me. Hanover itself is in a great Buckhead location, the units are spacious, and I also really liked that they use Luxer One for package handling, which I found much more convenient than some of the systems used by other buildings I toured in the area. I would absolutely recommend touring Hanover Buckhead Village and asking for Amaya. She was genuinely kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout my apartment search.

Terrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars. Good and bad but the bad was real BAD… The bad: * A major water leak led to extensive damage and invasive repairs in my apartment. * The hired recovery team removed my clothes and belongings from bedroom and thrown on floor, tore up walls, and installed extremely loud equipment averaging 70 dB. While I was at work with no heads up. * The apartment reached 80°F, and I lived in these conditions for about 3 weeks. * Management ignored repeated requests for relocation or compensation, including roughly $300 in extra electricity costs. * Repairs took months, and management repeatedly promised a solution that never came. * The elevators constantly broke and took forever to get up and down. Like 5 minutes most of time but when 2+ went down it took 10 minutes each way * The garage gate was broken for almost a year. * Despite living on the 17th floor, I could still clearly hear car noise and nearby firetruck sirens at every hour. * When my lease ended, they raised my rent $300, despite advertising the same unit online for $300 less. * Ultimately do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like garbage. The good 😄: * Pool, gym, and common spaces are pretty nice. * Concierge staff were always friendly and personable. * Good location with great views of DT. No I do not want to follow up to discuss my review. Just keep pumping the fake reviews and mine will be a needle in a haystack.

Hanover Buckhead is without a doubt one of the best luxury residential communities in the city. Oscar was my guide and with his expertise, knowledge of the offerings, and impeccable listening skills…he guided me to most beautiful floor plan. The finishes and thoughtful touches in the units were elegant, tasteful, and most satisfying for prospective tenants with discerning taste. The amenities and community events ensured an elevated and inviting living experience. Not only was the community impeccable, Oscar was most professional, warm, and knowledgeable. He was an enormous value add to my overall experience. Hanover Buckhead…is quintessential Buckhead. You must visit this community!

This has truly been one of the best living experiences I've ever had! From the very beginning, Oscar has been absolutely amazing. From my initial tour to move-in day, I received nothing but first-class service. One moment that really stood out was when I had my car shipped from another state. Oscar and Amaya went above and beyond by coordinating their schedules to make sure someone was here for the delivery. That level of care meant so much to me and immediately showed how dedicated they are to their residents. Move-in day was another incredible experience thanks to Damoni. He went above and beyond by making additional arrangements outside of our freight elevator reservation and stayed available until 11:00 p.m. to ensure our movers were fully accommodated. That kind of commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. I also have to mention the countless trips Keyanna made to help track down our seemingly elusive packages. Her patience, kindness, and dedication were absolutely outstanding! Since moving in, every member of the concierge team has been welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made getting settled in so easy, from explaining the package delivery process to helping me navigate the community. A special thank you also goes to Mohammed, the maintenance manager, who exceeded all expectations when he recovered my keys after I accidentally dropped them down the trash chute. I honestly couldn't believe he found them! Even after I submitted my move-in inventory form, the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved a minor issue with professionalism and great attention to detail. Oscar deserves another shout-out because he seems to know every great restaurant in the area! Every recommendation he's shared has been fantastic. I also want to recognize the management team. Both the Property Manager, Miranda, and the Assistant Property Manager, Quita, took the time to step away from their offices, come to the lobby, and personally welcome us to the community. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely valued from day one. Beyond the exceptional staff, the residents are incredibly friendly, the property is beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the location couldn't be better. I truly feel grateful to call this community home. I would recommend this community over and over again—a million times! Thank you to Oscar, Amaya, Damoni, Keyanna, Mohammed, Miranda, Quita, and the entire team for making my move and first week here such an exceptional experience. You have all set the standard for outstanding customer service and community living, and I couldn't be happier to call this place home!
