Absolute exceptional customer for Kyle & Sebastian (maintenance supervisor and tech) and Mikayla (leasing consultant)! Everytime I come to Grand340 for an event they are always so hospitable, ready to help and make it such a luxury experience. There wasn't a time I needed something and they couldn't help. I can always count on them! I appreciate it! The building is always spotless clean and tidy. Theres always smiling, helpful staff and it just feels like the ultimate place to live. I will definitely refer friends + family.

I had been interested in touring this property for the past few months and made multiple attempts to do so. Unfortunately, after my experience with the leasing process and initial points of contact, I’ve decided not to move forward with a tour. My primary concern is that the process does not feel particularly consumer-friendly or welcoming. I understand that this is positioned as a luxury property, but in my opinion, luxury should translate to an elevated level of service and hospitality—not an experience that feels unnecessarily difficult, impersonal, or unapproachable. For a prospective resident, the leasing or concierge team is often the very first impression of a community. That interaction matters. If the experience before becoming a resident lacks warmth, accessibility, and genuine hospitality, it naturally raises questions about what the experience might be like after signing a lease. After making several attempts over the course of a few months, I ultimately lost interest in touring the property altogether. That’s unfortunate because I was genuinely interested in the community. I’m leaving this review primarily as constructive feedback for ownership and management. The property may very well be beautiful, but I hope they take a closer look at the prospective-resident journey—from the systems used to schedule and communicate with potential residents to the tone and hospitality of those initial interactions. A luxury experience should make prospective residents feel valued and welcomed from the very first point of contact.
