⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ A Great Place to Live in Grant Park I’ve really enjoyed living at Glenwood at Grant Park. I came from Portugal and had to adapt to a new language, a new culture, and the American way of life. From the very beginning, I truly felt welcomed and embraced here. The front desk team has always been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and that has made a meaningful difference in my experience as I adjust to my new home. Kristen and Monique are always friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful whenever I interact with them. However, I especially want to recognize Yolanda, who gave us our tour. From our very first interaction, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. Yolanda is truly lovely and has such a warm and special personality. She is always smiling and laughing, and she never just simply says hello and walks away. She stops to talk to us, shows so much affection toward my son, gives him hugs and kisses, and genuinely takes the time to interact with him. That kind of warmth is something that really stands out. Even after our tour, she has continued to be just as wonderful every time she sees us. She is friendly, professional, efficient, and always willing to help, but beyond that, she has a natural sweetness and kindness that makes her truly special. Yolanda is honestly one of those people who can make a place feel more like home simply through the way she treats others. The cleaning team also deserves special recognition. Everyone I have interacted with, including those whose names I unfortunately don’t know, has always been incredibly friendly, kind, and efficient. I especially want to recognize Mr. Joseph, Kimberly, and Lamond, who have all been wonderful. Their friendliness and professionalism contribute greatly to making the community feel welcoming and well cared for. One of the biggest advantages of Glenwood at Grant Park is the location. It’s incredibly convenient for everyday life, with easy access to the BeltLine, restaurants, grocery stores, and major roads. Being able to walk or bike to so many places makes a huge difference and is one of the things I appreciate most about living here. The amenities are another major highlight. The resort-style pool and surrounding area are beautiful. The clubroom is particularly impressive — it feels luxurious, elegant, and beautifully decorated, with a sophisticated atmosphere that makes it a wonderful space to relax, work, or spend time with friends and family. The 24-hour fitness center is also very convenient, especially with both strength and cardio equipment and the Fitness On-Demand studio. I also really appreciate the practical features throughout the community. There is controlled access to the building and garage, a very modern and well-organized package delivery system, EV charging stations, bike storage, and a bike repair area. The apartments themselves have modern and attractive finishes, including quartz countertops, spacious cabinets, tiled backsplashes, stainless-steel Energy Star appliances, wood-style flooring, and full-size in-unit washers and dryers. The keyless entry and USB ports are also convenient touches that make everyday life easier. Overall, Glenwood at Grant Park offers a great combination of location, amenities, convenience, and exceptional customer service. The community itself is beautiful and very well equipped, but what truly makes it feel like home is the people. Coming from Portugal and having to adapt to a new country, I’m especially grateful to have been met with so much kindness and warmth. Everyone I have interacted with has contributed to making this transition easier, but Yolanda deserves a very special mention. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine affection toward my family and Miguel have made a lasting impression on us. We feel very fortunate to call Glenwood at Grant Park our home

I was nervous moving in because of some previous negative reviews but I have to say, I've had a great experience living here. You deal with the standard apartment issues, but the staff are so helpful and responsive that they truly feel like family. I feel safe, have had no issues with my car or parking, and the location is so convenient. I highly recommend this complex and appreciate Yolanda, Kristin, Monique and my favorite maintenance guys Lamond and Joseph!

Love living here! Convenient and close to everything & safe area. Management is super nice and maintenance is always very timely with getting things fixed when I need them to. Definitely recommend!

Sometimes when you visit apartments when you are handling business you don't get treated so fairly. Today was definitely an EXCEPTION to that rule. I went to Glenwood at Grant Park to handle some business when I happen to run into Yolanda Erby. When I say professional I mean it in every sense of the word. She helped me from start to finish and even high five me in the end. Thank you so much ❤️ for such a wonderful experience. You made my entire week. Friends for life lol 😆.
