I have got to acknowledge the improvements and communication I am seeing and a special shoutout to DJ in maintenance who has been tackling my concerns.

I had a great experience touring the property Generation with Trai! He was very friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. He took the time to show me around, answer all of my questions, and made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming. I really appreciated his knowledge and great customer service. Horrible move in experience! I was not given the option to tour an apartment before applying. No outreach was provided after submitting an application and I had to come in person multiple times for assistance because no one answers the phone. The application was prolonged and inconsistent information was provided whenever I was actually able to speak with Cecil and Samaya. The unit I applied to was not ready to move in on August 1st and I still have not been able to move in my belongings and today, August 7th, a week later. I returned to the apartment to a new management company who will not honor the move in concessions I was promised for the of moving someone into an incomplete apartment. The carpet is dirty with red stains and imprints from the previous resident still. I was told not to move anything in until the carpet is replaced but no communication regarding the replacement has been received. The lease was inaccurate and I was told to sign anyway without updates being made in order to move in. Attitudes from management for mistakes they made and frustration from operational inconveniences are common. I have not received any communication nor has any actions been taken for the inconveniences I experienced. Every conversation management has said they will do something, and it never gets done regardless of how many times I ask. This series of unfortunate events will be escalated.
