jayla made my entire move in process seamless. even after the move, she has been amazing. genuinely so intentive and kind! i am glad to have had her help with this new chapter in life.

Both the front office and maintenance staff here are the best of the best - specifically Jayla and Keith in the office. They consistently went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible, from first tour to move-out day. The apartments are much nicer than those in the surrounding area (though they are priced accordingly). Maintenance was always completed within 1 day, even for an insignificant issue. The area is very walkable and there are tons of restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. I hate apartments, but this one is as good as it gets and it made apartment living tolerable for me. Thanks again, Jayla and Keith!

Stopped by to see and lease a 2-bedroom apartment and was talking to the agent when another employee walked in and immediately said they don't do tours without an appointment because they were backed up. There was no greeting, no offer to sit, and honestly both employees seemed to be doing nothing at the time. The whole interaction felt unwelcoming. Glad we came in before leasing online, because customer service and first impressions matter.
