For a first apartment Farrington wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. Maintenance takes days to fix things, nobody has any care for there surroundings making noises at 12-3-5 in the morning. Everything in our apartment since we moved has had to be replaced. Management is nice until you have to be stern about not having AC for days and then they act like you’re the bad person. Also they have a terrible drain fly issue. Rent and utilities is outrageous here and the amenities suck. I just don’t recommend.
