I had a great experience living in this apartment. The location is convenient, the building is well maintained, and the apartment itself is comfortable and spacious. The rooms get plenty of natural light, and the overall environment is quiet and pleasant. The management team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The amenities are also a nice bonus and add to the overall convenience of living here. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

Entra is a great first apartment if you can afford it and want to stay close to campus and feel a bit safer. The price is pretty high which I assume is due to it being so close to campus and there are not many amenities (No fitness area, No pool). Upon move in, our apartment was not ready after being told it would be and after waiting two hours we were finally able to move in however our unit looked disgusting. Nothing was clean nor wiped down and we had to do a lot of it our selves. Parking was an extra fee which can be irritating at times because about once a month the parking gate will malfunction and if your car is inside when this happens you cannot leave until they decide to fix it. Or they would just leave it open instead of fixing it which led to break ins inside the garage. Other than that I would still give 3 stars it a fairly safe place, pretty modern and a good size. I didn’t have any issues with maintenance or staff (Ask for Kennedi she is amazing), and it is still better than living on campus.

As a mom, knowing my son is safe and comfortable while he’s away at school means everything to me. Entra West End gave me that peace of mind from day one. The apartment is gorgeous with secured private parking for residents only, the amenities are impressive, and the location couldn’t be more perfect for him, he’s close to everything! He calls me excited, not stressed — and that alone says a lot coming from him. I would recommend this place to any parent looking for housing for their college student without hesitation. He is thriving and happy and at the end of the day that’s really all I could ever ask for as a mother.
