This is my honest opinion after living here for the past year. I want to start by saying that I'm renewing my lease, so clearly the pros outweigh the cons for me. I'm also not going to lie—I'm a little too lazy to move right now. Pros: Location, location, location! You really can't beat it. Being this close to the Beltline is one of my favorite things about living here. I walk it all the time, and it's a huge reason I chose this apartment. It's also right next to Madison Yards, which has pretty much everything you need, and both Kroger and Publix are within walking distance. As someone who hates driving, that's a huge plus. Even when I do have to drive, most places I go are only about 20 minutes away. Maintenance has been great—they're always friendly and complete work orders quickly. Management has also been nice in person, although getting someone on the phone can be a challenge, and callbacks don't always happen. I love my apartment itself. I have one of the larger one-bedroom floor plans, so I have plenty of space, and I absolutely love my large balcony. I also haven't had any bug issues besides a few wasps on my balcony, which maintenance handled immediately. Cons: The apartment community is older, which doesn't really bother me, but it does come with a few older features. The biggest one is the loud bathroom exhaust fan—it can definitely get annoying, but after a while you kind of tune it out. I also hear the A/C unit dripping or making occasional noises. It's not anything major, just something I've noticed. The walls are a little thin, so I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but it's never been bad enough to really bother me. The parking garage can also be a little frustrating because some people drive through it way too fast. Overall, I spend a lot of time at home, and none of these cons have affected my quality of life. They may bother someone who's more sensitive to noise, but for me they've been pretty minor. Overall, I've enjoyed living here, and that's why I'm renewing my lease. If I truly hated it, I wouldn't be staying another year.

Great apartment and area to live. Only negative i have is it takes a VERY long time to get things fixed. Ex..The exercise machines in the gym hasn't been working for months. Other than that, Enso is a great place to live. Staff is very nice and helpful.

For the leasing experience, Iyan knocked it out of the park from the start. During the tour, he was extremely knowledgeable and real with me for any questions I had. After the tour, he answered any questions and made the process so simple. Such a great guy with a great attitude. Awesome person to have in the Enzo team

I visited a friend at this apartment complex and had a really uncomfortable experience that I can’t ignore: While I was there, someone from the leasing office walked straight into the apartment without knocking or any prior notice, took photos inside, and left. It was honestly shocking and felt like a complete violation of privacy. I also noticed ongoing issues with bugs, which my friend said management hasn’t properly resolved despite multiple requests. Between the lack of security and how casually staff enter residents’ homes, it doesn’t feel like a place where tenants are respected or safe. As a guest, it was enough to make me question how this place is managed. I wouldn’t feel comfortable living here.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE the neighborhood! The apartments are spacious and our unit has high ceilings which are a plus. Amenities are great as well. Z really took care of us and the process was pretty easy and quick from start to finish. So far so good! Thank you Z!!!!
