My daughter moved into this apartment last week, and I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the unit and the lack of response from management. I have already emailed Janice Reed as well as the main Emory Point management email. Upon move‑in, the AC was not working, and a broken pipe took several days to repair. The washer has a severely molded rubber seal with black stains and a terrible odor that remains even after multiple cleanings. The dishwasher was also filthy, containing old food debris and several large pieces of broken glass. Most concerning is the severe cockroach infestation throughout the apartment. Despite spraying insecticide more than ten times and finding multiple roaches under the refrigerator, they continue to appear. My daughter has requested pest control assistance repeatedly, yet no one has come. She is miserable, stressed, and on the verge of an anxiety or panic attack because of the ongoing infestation. We are paying over $1,500 a month and are absolutely not receiving the quality or value expected. The condition of the apartment and the lack of timely support from management are unacceptable.

AWFUL! I don't even know where to start. This place is an absolute nightmare. The unit is full of mold, and it's caused me to have health issues. Management is a complete joke—they ignore complaints and do absolutely nothing and even refuse to come out of their office. Why work here if you don't want to do anything? To make matters even worse, they entered my unit for pest control without there being a need to do so and without my permission. The complete lack of respect for tenants is unbelievable.

Very loud neighbor, everyday around 4-5 AM, Emory catering trucks had woken me up! Hallways almost never got cleaned! More undergrads and party place than a place to live! People call it dorm! I lived here 2023-2024

I have had such an incredible experience with Lee from the Leasing Office team! She has been extremely accommodating and so helpful through the process of my apartment transfer. If you're looking for someone who is down to earth with a positive attitude and a genuine understanding of Emory Point and their policies, I would definitely recommend making an appointment with Lee! I also had my whole dishwasher replaced because the light wasn’t working and Riazullah was such a great help! He was super efficient and even left dishwasher pods which was really nice! Very thankful for his service and would recommend!

The property is beautiful. Janice was very helpful in showing us a couple of units. When we returned to view additional units, Janice wasn’t available, but Liz was especially accommodating - she spent a lot of time showing us other sized units and answering all of our questions.
