Maintenance is tops. We put in three requests and within 2 hours Malik came and took care of all three issues. Very polite and knowledgeable.

TLDR; Good luck getting your money back. I moved out and was charged ($80) for keys I returned. The leasing office staff admitted their mistake via email. Hey, no problem, I get it. I was asked to email some accounting dept at Greystar. No response. I've emailed Bob Faith, Chasity Cotto, no response. The "Community Manager" is never there. No refund. Didn't happen, right? Disgruntled ex-tenant, right? Check the receipts.

I would caution anyone considering this property. For months, I’ve been trying to get management to address an issue related to my prior lease. I contacted the leasing office, then corporate, and continued following up. Every message has been ignored. This isn’t a one‑off oversight, it’s a pattern of non‑responsiveness that leaves residents without support. If you value communication or timely resolution of concerns, this may not be the right place for you.

While EMY is a nicer fairly priced location, the office staff and security are far less than adequate. I have had my vehicle broken into with absolutely zero acknowledgement from the office staff. I have never once seen or observed a security person anywhere onsite in the 4 months I have been here. At least once per week recently there are vehicles in the garage with open doors, broken glass, or scattered items indicating a recent burglary. I have witnessed people rushing past gates and/or doors without showing security credentials and when the office was notified it was dismissed and inadequately acknowledged. This place is in no way secure or highly safe. Their focus is on Wine Wednesdays and Dog poop in grass areas rather than the actual security and safety of their residents.
