Beautiful building full of character with an artful merging of the old and the new including original hardwood floors and high end finishes throughout. Exciting to be a part of the South Downtown renaissance. Wonderful new restaurants all around us, within a block or two, and more to come. Huge windows with amazing city views.

This review is for the new apartments that just opened July 2026. Nicest apartment I have ever seen. Definitely built as high-end condos but apartments for now. Amazing finish level. Bosch appliances throughout. Attentive management. The South Downtown location is amazing. There are a dozen restaurants and bars that you can walk to, like El Tesoro, Broad Street BBQ, Tyde Tate, Bottle Rocket, Brewhouse Cafe, and more. It's a walkable, new community that is a poster child for smart urban growth. Walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium. Next to 5 points MARTA. Secure parking in their garage.
