Edgewood Mews is the best apartment experience I've had. The location is unbeatable, steps from the best restaurants and bars the city has to offer. The apartments are charming and the small community keeps things quiet and friendly. The landlord is responsive and genuinely invested in the tenants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good living experience in the heart of the city.

Read the least agreement closely!! Lots of big sweeping generalizations that include management allowed in your apartment 24/7 with no notice and construction that has no end date. Ended up breaking lease 4 months before end date. Neighbors and sitting lawn area were lovely!

Edgewood Mews has the best management team of any rental place I've ever stayed in! Everyone from the maintenance team, to vendors to management are all very helpful and care about our living experience. I'm proud to call this place my home.

I have lived here for almost a year and have loved my experience so far! You can't ask for a better location for the price. My apartment is spacious with updated amenities, and with cameras and gates around the complex, I always feel safe.

Loved, loved, loved living here. My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment complex for about 3.5 years and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Management was always on top of everything, service repairs were always same day (if not within a couple hours!), and you really cannot beat the location. Just across the street from the complex are a ton of yummy food options, you're walking distance from the beltine, bars, krog street market, dad's garage... I could go on and on! The apartment interior also includes a lot of modern updates and just has a really cool feel to it. AND gotta love the concrete walls! I never heard a peep from any of the neighbors around me. If we didn't have to move to be closer to my job, we would have stayed longer. 5/5, couldn't recommend more. Move here!!!
