I’ve lived in several apartment complexes but it’s the Dunwoody Pointe STAFF that keeps me around! I’m so accustomed to feeling like an anonymous face to an apartment complex staff and CERTAINLY was never greeted by name the way I am by Dian, Oliver and Ciara when I walk into the rent office. They have taken their time to be there and help with any issue I’ve had to the point it feels more like a friendly bond then a business transaction. They have definitely had my best interest at heart in times that they certainly could have chosen to do the bare minimum but instead, always go the extra mile to grantee satisfaction. Maintenance is timely and friendly as well . I’ve had a truly fantastic experience for the past several years at Dunwoody point thanks team!

Dianne and Oliver and the whole staff here are great. Work orders get done quickly and they are very responsive to all their tenants. I moved and came back because of how much I enjoy living here.

Dunwoody pointe is a quiet and clean apartment complex to live in . The maintenance staff is very professional and are quick to respond to routine and emergency work orders . The front office staff is also great especially Oliver ! I appreciate him because he goes above and beyond for me and the residents here at Dunwoody Pointe . Oliver is God sent and I really wish him much more success because he has great potential for bigger opportunities . ♥️ keep up the great work Oliver !

Came to say this was by far the most informative and transparent apartment tour I’ve ever had. Oliver went above and beyond to meet all my needs and answer every question I had. Not only did he accommodate me last minute and allow me to tour, but he also didn’t rush me at all and took the time to make sure every question was answered. Approved or not, I’m sold based on how amazing Oliver’s customer service was. He truly made the entire experience feel personal, professional, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Oliver!
