Living in the heart of the city and being in a safe community is a plus. Our community has made valuable upgrades such as adding gates to ensure safety. Everyone is welcoming and the leasing office often has activities for residents of all ages.

I booked an appointment to tour, arrived on time, and they had no idea I was coming. The girl in the front office was polite, but didn’t offer me any information or show me the building. She told me they didn’t have any units to tour until the middle of the month and offered to show me some photos, which are available on the website. She was pretty much like “thanks for coming by” and that was it. I drove 45 minutes to get there, so while she couldn’t have known that, it was still pretty disappointing. Not going to reschedule if that’s how the front office is managed.

I’ve been living at Crogman Street Lofts since 2023, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, this community has truly felt like home. The property is well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and has a great balance of modern loft-style living with a comfortable, neighborhood feel. The location is convenient, and the building itself is quiet, clean, and secure. As a long-term resident, I can confidently say that the quality of living here has been consistent and reliable. It’s rare to find a place where you continue to feel happy and supported year after year, but this community delivers exactly that. I would absolutely recommend Crogman Street Lofts to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live. I’m grateful to call it home.

I just renewed my lease at Crogman for my studio apartment, making this year 3 for me. I renewed because maintenance is helpful and prompt, and the office staff are kind and engaging. I like that the parking lot is gated and that the buildings are key fob access! I also enjoy the events/activities (holiday door decorating contests, lunch/breakfast/food giveaways, etc) and they keep the common areas clean. I LOOOOOVE walking into my building and smelling/seeing that the floors have been mopped. Literally makes my whole day! It’s an affordable community and the location is amazing. I would certainly recommend to my friends/family

I moved from Crogman about over a year ago. I lived here for 4 years. Overall I loved my apartment loft. It’s very spacious and the bathroom is huge. Like any place in Atlanta you have decent neighborhoods and not so decent. I do feel like this neighborhood is pretty safe.
