I just seen this property and was so amazed by all they have to offer. Dwayne provided an excellent experience and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks Dwayne! I LOVE my apartment home! I have been here for some years now and Cortland oleander is a Great community to call home and the staff is🤩 so AMAZING!!! Thank you CORTLAND OLEANDER ♥️

I’ve been robbed three times at this apartment complex. Filed multiple police reports. They won’t let me leave my lease early without penalty. We’ve had arson at this apartment, evidence that suggests unhoused individuals lived in storage closets and a management team that ultimately won’t take action. I would urge in strong terms to not look at Cortland for the safety of you and your loved ones.

PREDATORY PARKING ENFORCEMENT This complex will ticket cars aggressively, sometimes with no legal backing. If your guests park on the wrong level or forget to register their car, they will get ticketed every time. Even though there are dozens of empty parking spots on every level of the parking garage. Earlier this year, they TOWED dozens of cars for having out of date parking registration. Why does Cortland care about parking registration? I once parked my EV in the EV spot to charge overnight. When I went to move it first thing the next morning, I was met with a $45 PARKING TICKET. The ticket was left at 5am. My car finished charging at 4am. Do they expect me to wake up at 4am to move my car? This is a cheap money grab that hurts the residents.

Residents area and location is very nice. Near the Emory facilities. luxury amenities, and clean units. However, some inside the facility management are not friendly and do not follow up on requests. You must leave 100 messages to get response. Hallways are smelly from the garbage been left in the hallways. Internet was bad, and took them months to solve in our apartment. Garage not safe, as it was broken into and stolen items. MANAGEMENT can be better, but.....

Cute apartment, app & admin fee for me was only $2, I actually declined my approval & didnt sign the lease because I my unit was in Oleander West which is, around the corner from the main building which is obviously newer and cuter. Leasing staff was nice & gave me a great tour though.
