I toured this community once and pretty much knew right away it was where I wanted to transfer to from my current Cortland property. Candice was so sweet and genuinely empathetic from the start, which honestly made a huge difference because I’ve had some unexpected life changes come up and needed to figure out a move pretty quickly. She’s been so helpful and flexible with everything. She’s answered all of my questions, helped me navigate the transfer process, and has just been really easy to work with through all of it. I’m really excited to make this my new home, and I’m very thankful for how much easier Candice has made everything. She definitely deserves the recognition!

I’ve lived here for years, and this security company is honestly terrible. With everything that has been happening around the property, the last thing residents should have to deal with is rude security. I had an issue over the weekend and the guard had an attitude and acted like I was bothering them instead of trying to help. The new office staff has actually been fine, but the security sucks. This property already has enough safety concerns. We need security that is professional, helpful, and actually makes residents feel safe.

I’ve been a resident here for a little under a year, and while there are aspects of the community I appreciate, I feel the need to raise a concern that’s been ongoing for several months: the persistent malfunctioning of the building-wide fire alarm system. The alarm has been repeatedly and randomly triggered—sometimes during the day, but often late at night. It’s a major disruption to residents’ peace of mind and daily routines, especially for those with families or pets. It also creates a dangerous situation where residents may become desensitized to the sound of the alarm, potentially ignoring it during a real emergency. Management has acknowledged the issue via email and stated that repairs are in progress, but it’s now been about 2 months with no resolution or updates/improvements. I urge the property management team to please prioritize this matter! Fire alarms are a critical safety feature, not just a convenience issue. Residents deserve a safe and functional living environment. Update: last night i was locked out of my apartment building for the first time. with the apartment’s new key system you MUST use bluetooth to connect and unlock doors throughout the building, but that key system is only used on your phone. after getting a late bite to eat i arrived home and successfully got through the car garage gate, my phone was dying by that time, so i wanted to hurry in order to buzz into the next door that i had to enter. by the time i got to the door my phone had died. i managed to get it back turned on for about a minute, but it was struggling to find a connection and would beep and turn red since i was already in the parking garage. at this point, i had no charger on me. i only had my keys and dead phone with me, when seeing other cars drive down the garage none of them would stop and consider helping me. I tried looking for an attendant or security in the garage since they’re supposed to be around at night for specifically the residents but no body was there. I also have a roommate but with no phone i wasn’t able to contact her, it was also 4am by that point. I ended up having to spend the night at my boyfriend’s apartment which is 40 mins away to let my phone charge and come back the next morning. With this happening to me, i can’t help but to think about the other residents. What if i was living alone? What would i have done then? Thank god my boyfriend was there because i literally would’ve been having to sleep in the garbage all night waiting for someone. I think this new key system is heavily unreliable due to it being solely based on technology with no back up system or anything for situations like this. I know i’m not the only one. Why have a bluetooth system in place under a complete cement building that struggles to even get a signal once you enter it? Something that is intended for “luxury” is only causing more problems. Bring the physical key fobs back please!!
