I lived at City View going on 6 years and I really appreciate how welcoming and friendly the entire CityView staff is! They do such a great job creating a sense of community and regularly organize fun events for the residents. I especially love that they include our family pets in the fun too. It's clear they put a lot of thought into making both residents and their furry friends feel welcomed and appreciate. I enjoy going to the events it's a great way to meet neighbors that some have turned into good friends.

If I could give this place negative 0 stars I would! The leasing office staff is completely lazy and incompetent all they do is sit in the office all day long. They don’t help the tenants with anything. They’re completely useless. They don’t care about the people that live here. Every time you have a complaint or problem they say “oh there’s nothing we can do about that.” They show only the amenities during tours to sell you This dream of a beautiful apartment complex, which is very untrue. The property is extremely dirty, nasty, unkept they only clean the amenities, common areas, and outside the building. They don’t actually clean anything else they barely vacuum the floors in the hallways. there’s bugs everywhere, there’s trash everywhere and don’t get me started on the MOLD! It’s disgusting please beware before moving in!

Worst experience ever since I've lived in Atlanta out of 4 properties I've lived in. I've had issues since move in day which set the tone very low. I've never had to deal with poor leasing staff and management from a "luxury" apartment complex. Its been frustrating living here due to consistent disappointments. Starting with poor communication from leasing team ,poor quality resident service which is unacceptable. The leasing office is always clean and kept up , but the gym , rooftop amenities obviously ignored. The security locks around the building do not work. The amenities arent prepared for spring / summer , nor properly set up for usage which is a huge inconvenience due to fact residents want to enjoy what we pay for. It feels like once you move in they treat you like a number. Being an on time paying resident , my expectations are very high so with that being said City View failed my expectations unfortunately.

I have had a mixed experience living here. The location and overall layout of the apartments are appealing. However, cleanliness has been a consistent concern. Common areas are not always well-maintained, and these are ongoing issues that make the property feel less cared for than it should be. Another ongoing issue is parking - visitors frequently park on resident-designated floors instead of using the appropriate visitor spaces. At times, when concerns are brought to the leasing office, it can feel like you are being bothersome rather than supported. A more resident-focused approach would go a long way - especially considering what anyone would expect if they were living in the community themselves. I recognize that managing a property of this size is not easy (over 200 apartments). That said, it may be worth considering getting additional support or resources to keep up with maintenance (shout out to Mohammed, who is great). Staying proactive will help maintain the property's appeal because there are other options out there. Overall, it is not a terrible place to live, but it has the potential to be better, and I hope it gets there while I am still living there.

I’ve had a great experience living at City View Apartments. The community is very clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. One thing that really stands out is how involved management is—they host lots of resident events that help create a welcoming and connected atmosphere. A personal touch that meant a lot to me was receiving a rose and a birthday card at my door from the management team. It’s small gestures like that that make this place feel more like home. Maintenance has also been very reliable. Whenever I submit a work order, it’s usually completed within 24 hours, which I really appreciate. Of course, no place is perfect—there have been occasional hiccups, like issues with the gate—but management does a good job keeping residents informed and addressing concerns. Overall, I’m very happy living at City View Apartments and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and community-oriented place to live.
