This is an update to my first review at City Central Condominiums. I received a 2nd notice to vacate, this is all about my 1st review. I tried having a meeting with the property manager to resolve any issues we might have about the pool rules violations. To no avail, they still want me gone the property manager said "corporate wants me gone because of my 1st review (feels retaliatory). I have a right to express my views about how I being treated. WoW

This is a magnificent place to live very convenient and accessible to everything.

I have owned my unit in this building since 2019 and I love it here! The location is perfect for commuters, those who travel a lot (close to ATL) and for accessing the Beltline. Residents are great and the pool is perfect for hot Atlanta summers.

Excellent place to live. Your in the middle of everything with the the peace of suburbs.Excellent walkability, close to the Atlanta Beltline, and immediate access to Old Fourth Ward parks and Ponce City Market
