Should give them 0 star. Lived here for 1 year - the worst apartment I've ever lived in through my life: common area and appliance in extremely poor condition, terrible leasing staffs did not know what they were doing, and a maintenance team that never responded. I experienced 11 times of Internet outage in my first two months (had to pay extra to get Xfinity), 13 times of water outage during spring thawing, and 1 month with broken AC during summer time. The rent is not cheaper with all these conditions. We have 4 units on one floor - 2 of them moved out around the same time as I moved out - you can tell how this place is from this. DO NOT waste your time and money! RUN!

I love the Brookhaven area and Briarhill has some great rent prcies for their floor plans! The staff was very helpful when I reached out interested in more details about the apartments and thats a big deal! I have a tour scheduled and things are already looking good! So far, if you're apartment searching - i recommend!
