Valet trash service is terrible. In the past, they’ve not picked up my trash three or four times. I always have it out on time. There is no excuse.

Everything breaks down especially that elavator. They broke into several dozen cars a few months ago how 😑

Definitely not worth the price. During my tour there were sewer flys all around the office coffee machine, and in the apartment. The elevators and the trash shoot rooms were filthy. The elevators feel broken in building 2. The first one near the P2 entrance is crazy shaky. And both are slow as molasses!!!

Bell Perimeter is a very good apartment community, having very good professional leasing office staff especially Michele and Alyssa. Layout of apartment are also very good, all the amenities like swimming pool, Gym, Club room with coffee machine is very good and updated. Bell apartment IN and Out security system is also very good. Parcel delivery system via Fetch is also very good. Utilities and services included is also on time.

Alyssa was very kind and clear with all the information during the move-in process. The building is clean and organized. I could not be any happier with my decision ! Thank you.
