Was so excited to move in. Apartment has water damage, paint on the floor, doors that don’t work, windows without safety catches, patchy paint on the walls, filthy floors, damaged cabinets… I have to wait a WEEK to move in because an “emergency” fix can’t be done any sooner than that. If this is what I can see with my own eyes, what other neglect has happened that I can’t see? What other corner cutting has happened? Are they this careless with pool maintenance? The elevators…? I have to take some responsibility. When I first looked at the apartment, I hadn’t noticed how stained and filthy the common hallways are. While I noticed some things about the apartment, I was told the prior tenant had JUST moved out and the unit had not been serviced, so I was not sufficiently diligent in my assessment. So very disappointed.

Prices are crazy

We had a tour scheduled for 1:00. We got there around 12:50 and the leasing office doors were locked. We proceeded to wait 40 min and no one ever showed up. We called multiple times but no one picked up the phone. We then left at 2:00 after waiting over an hour. We were very disappointed because we were so excited to tour this spot. Update: It's now been 5 days, and not a single call back or message about standing us up for our appointment. Extremely disappointing.
